Postnatal Care

The fourth trimester brings its own set of challenges and questions, and we're here to support both Mum and Bub through it. With combined expertise in obstetric and child health, our team provides continuity of care well beyond birth, from early checkups and vaccinations through to feeding support, so you feel confident and cared for as you settle into life with your baby.

  • Postnatal checkups for Mum and Bub with our GP Obstetrician (who also has a Diploma in Child Health)

  • 3-week postnatal check if required (following caesarean or as indicated depending on birth events)

  • Development checks and vaccinations up until the baby is 6 months old

  • Weight checks and assessment of early neonatal concerns with feeding, development, etc.

  • Lactation Consultations - Experienced IBCLC Lactation Consultant including antenatal, postnatal and home visiting options for breastfeeding support (coming January 2027)
