Willow Tree Pregnancy Care is a boutique clinic located in Queanbeyan NSW providing a range of virtual and face to face antenatal care services. 

Willow Tree Pregnancy Care is committed to excellence in holistic pregnancy care. We walk alongside each woman through this significant time in their life with professionalism, compassion and an understanding that the pregnancy journey can bring with it great joy, but also a range of emotions and stressors that require tailored care.

Services

Virtual Early Pregnancy Care

  • Suited to women seeking expert oversight of the first few months of pregnancy prior to (or alongside) engagement with hospital or private care providers

  • Assistance with navigating pregnancy care pathways

  • Pregnancy Options Counselling if there is uncertainty about continuing the pregnancy 

  • Management of early pregnancy complications such as Hyperemesis Gravidarum, threatened miscarriage, low progesterone

  • Continuation of early pregnancy care following IVF

  • Referrals for blood tests and ultrasounds, explanations about the many different tests available in pregnancy and tailored advice to suit your needs

  • Discussion of results

  • Assessment of specific concerns related to your medical history and situation including medications

  • Referrals to local care providers for the remainder of pregnancy care

  • Average number of appointments needed is two, but more available as needed depending on your circumstances

In-Person Pregnancy Care

  • Suited to women local to the Canberra/Queanbeyan Region

  • Available from early pregnancy as a face-to-face option, or in combination with virtual early pregnancy care

  • Includes all services offered above

  • GP Obstetric Care throughout pregnancy up until the baby is 8 weeks old

  • Bedside (non-diagnostic) ultrasound at each appointment

  • Liaising with the hospital team for optimal continuity of care between providers

  • Best suited (but not limited to) women birthing at Queanbeyan Hospital 

  • Access to discounted birth and parenting classes

  • On-site Baby Boutique with affordable pre-loved baby clothes up to size 2

  • Tiered fee structure with an understanding that a proportion of all fees goes to support pregnant and newly parenting women in need through the work of our not-for-profit sister organisation First Steps Pregnancy Support

Our Team

All doctors on our team are specialist GPs or GP Obstetricians with additional training/special interest in pregnancy care. Many of us are Mums in addition to medical professionals and bring a wealth of expertise to this role.

Fees

Unfortunately Medicare does not rebate telehealth appointments where there is no existing prior relationship (within the last 12 months) between the patient and the care provider. Therefore, most of our virtual appointments do not attract the small Medicare rebate that you may be able to access through your regular clinic.
